# Liquidation Process

* The ZC DAO will buy alien NFTs up to a certain price point (depending on activity and price of buy-in of tournaments).
* The ZC DAO will buy fight card NFTs up to a certain price point (depending on activity and price of buy-in of tournaments).
* Purchased alien NFTs will be given multiple ways.
  * 24 will be given out as rewards in tournaments, as this is the general standard. This is what provides the floor liquidity on the secondary market.
  * There may be tournaments (Not Standard Tournaments) where we only give out rare alien NFTs that we purchase for special tournaments.
  * Some may be given away for marketing to spread the quality art that people are receiving through Zombie Fight Club and tournaments.
  * We may also donate bundles to be raffled out on partner sites for various reasons.
* ZC DAO will buy by the date listed. The oldest alien and fight card NFTs will be purchased first.
* ZC DAO will buy until there are no more listed at our max amount or less OR if the ZC DAO has inadequate funds.
* ZC DAO will utilize any extra funds outside of the liquidity pool to purchase (not limited to) Zombie Chains, Zombie Hunters, partner NFTs, marketing help, to provide extra liquidity and ***anything else*** that gets **VOTED** on.
